BBC reveals Capaldi’s outfit as the Doctor

The BBC have revealed Peter Capaldi’s outfit as the 12th Doctor. Capaldi has described it as having “[..] woven the future from the cloth of the past. Simple, stark, and back to basics. No frills, no scarf, no messing, just 100 per cent Rebel Time Lord.”

Moffat has said: “New Doctor, new era, and of course new clothes. Monsters of the universe, the vacation is over – Capaldi is suited and booted and coming to get you!”

The latest series began filming earlier this month and is predicted to finish in August.

So what do people make of his new outfit? Good? Bad? What do you think of the description of this Doctor as a rebel Time Lord? What are you expecting of this new series and of this new Doctor?
